Introduction

We believe in a careful treatment of the personal data that we collect. This privacy declaration will explain to how, why and to what end certain personal data is collected and processed.

Personal data and data processing
We require some personal information to be able to process the orders you place. This information is stored whenever you place an order. This personal data is only used for this purpose.

Klaes & Myra’s V.O.F. stores the following personal data:  

- First name

- Last name

- Address
- Postal code
- City 
- Country
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Bank account number.

We use these personal data to process your order and ship it. They are not used for marketing goals and are never sold to third parties.

Third parties

We communicate your personal data to third parties only when we need to deliver the goods you ordered to you. For some services, third parties are needed. Personal data is shared with these parties only when they require the information to carry out their particular service.

The following third parties have limited access to these personal data:

-          MultiSafePay; this is necessary for processing iDeal payments and to verify payments;

-          TNT, DPD or Post NL; necessary to deliver the parcels;

-          Moune webdesign; this company develops the website and technology to place your order.

Newsletter

When you register for our newsletter, personal data is stored:

- First name

- Last name

- E-mail address.

We use this data exclusively to send you our newsletter. If you wish to stop receiving the newsletter, there will always be an option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at the bottom of our newsletter, or by sending an email to webshop@klaesenmyras.com.

Data storage

The term for storing data is 7 years. We use this term because it matches that of the Tax Administration. If you wish for your data to be permanently removed, you can mail or call us, or, in case of the newsletter, there is the option to unsubscribe. In these cases, we will immediately remove your personal data.

Safety and your personal data:

Klaes & Myra’s V.O.F. has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, or any form of unlawful processing. Personnel who, within our organization, have access to this information are bound to a strict confidentiality.

Amendments

Klaes & Myra’s V.O.F. reserves the right to make changes to the privacy statement. Check our website to stay up-to-date.
